Hoyt Street is a redevelopment project of a former rail yard area on the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon. The redevelopment area consists of careful urban planning of residential, retail, entertainment, and public spaces. All buildings have courtyards as well as a presence on the street. Recent projects are Park Place Condominiums, a 13 story tower with an adjacent 3 story building with various live/work unit plans and The Pinnacle, a modern 14 story tower.
