Loft 5 & Maritime Garage was a public-private partnership with the City of Norwalk, CT which was created to develop the 767-car Maritime Garage and 18,000 square feet of private development.  The private development consists of 13 condominiums (10 residential units and 3 commercial/retail units) in two buildings lining the garage.  The units sold out successfully within six months of completion.  Site costs included the development of a public plaza, street realignment and installation of historic street lights.
