The Pinnacle is a 176-unit residential project in Portland comprised of a 14-story high rise tower, a 7-story low rise complex with townhomes, and a 1-story stand alone retail space.  Originally built in 2005, the Pinnacle has a modern appeal with hardwood, dark wood floors and cabinets, and a lobby with an elaborate grand circular staircase.  A distinguishing feature is the night-lit curtain in the elevator corridor that runs the entire 14 stories on the west side and can be seen up to 10 miles away.
