SoNo Landing is a proposed 40,000 square foot mixed-use building currently being planned for development in Norwalk, CT. This project will include 13,000 square feet of office space, 17 residential units, 1,600 square feet of retail space, and a 10-slip marina. The project is being developed on the Norwalk Harbor, is located a few blocks from the train station and it will be the one of the first LEED-certified new construction projects in the City of Norwalk.
