SoNo Lofts is a four-story, 45,000 square foot mixed-use residential and retail an urban infill project on Main Street in South Norwalk. The project consisted of thirty-four condominiums, a 42-space parking garage and 2,623 square feet of commercial space on the street level. The project was designed to mend a fragmented streetscape and compliment an adjacent existing 2-story commercial building. Total cost was $8 million; residential condominiums sold out within 8 months.
