Strawberry Fields is the remaining development parcel after Spinnaker Real Estate Partners and its investment partners redeveloped a 650,000 square foot industrial building on an 80-acre site in Norwalk, CT. Spinnaker sold the building, along with the 40 acres upon which it was situated and retained the remaining 40 acres for residential development. This site is currently being master planned for a 200-unit townhouse development. Development costs are expected to total approximately $100,000,000.
