Cynthia A. Edvardsen, Chief Financial Officer

Cindy Edvardsen has been employed by Spinnaker Real Estate Partners or its predecessor organization for over 20 years. Her responsibilities include oversight of all financial accounting and administrative matters of the company, including those related to financial planning, accounting, treasury services, financial reporting, asset and portfolio management, risk management, information systems, tax planning and compliance. During her tenure, she has overseen various aspects of all Spinnaker predecessors' projects including acquisitions, dispositions, development, construction, refinancing, management, and leasing of commercial and residential properties. She began her real estate career with Baker-Firestone, Inc.
