Clayton H. Fowler, Founder, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Fowler has ownership interest in over 2,000,000 square feet of operating assets. His development experience includes the completion of over 2,000 housing units of condominiums, rental apartments and single-family homes. In addition to his role with Spinnaker Real Estate Partners and The Spinnaker Companies, he is the managing development partner for several projects in Portland, Oregon, among them Hoyt Street Properties, a 2,500 unit mixed use development along the Willamette River.
Mr. Fowler, as an active real estate developer has served on affordable housing committees and study groups in both Stamford and Norwalk, CT. He is Chairman of the Town of Pound Ridge, NY Planning Board, Board Member of the Housing Development Fund, Board Member of the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk, CT and a Member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Fowler was a founding Board Member of the Real Estate Finance Association. In addition, he is a National Board Member for Outward Bound and chairman of ts Safety Committee.
Mr. Fowler lives in Pound Ridge, New York with his wife and four children.
