Clayton H. Fowler formed Spinnaker Real Estate Partners LLC as the development arm of The Spinnaker Companies in 2000. Mr. Fowler has over 25 years experience in acquisition, development, construction and management of commercial office and residential projects.

Kim M. Morque, Partner, Director of Development

As Partner and Director of Development, Mr. Morque is responsible for all development projects as well as oversight of management functions and operations for SREP.
Michael Brown, Director of Property Operations

Mr. Brown specializes in commercial real estate property management, asset management, construction management and lease administration.
