Jessica Fogg, Loans and Affordable Housing Specialist

Jessica Fogg joined Spinnaker Real Estate Partners in 2002 after a 25-year commercial banking and FDIC regulatory career to arrange acquisition and construction loans for commercial, multi-family, industrial, and residential properties. During her tenure at Spinnaker, she has structured the construction/permanent financing for The Lock Building, construction financing for The Maritime, Stonewood Condominiums, SoNo Lofts, Riverstone of Greenwich, 95/7 Ventures, and McLevy Square in Bridgeport, CT. Ms. Fogg also manages the affordable housing for the company while working with municipalities.
