Kim M. Morque, President

Kim Morque has been a principal with Spinnaker Real Estate Partners since 1998 and has over 25 years of experience in real estate, construction, and property management. He is responsible for all operations of the company, its development projects, and oversight of property management. Prior to joining Spinnaker Real Estate Partners, he held management positions with Lehrer McGovern, Inc., a major construction management firm based in New York City and was Director of Asset Management for SCI Real Estate, a leading real estate developer, where he was respnsible for its national commercial and residential portfolio.
