Mike Brown, Director of Property Operations

Mr. Brown specializes in commercial real estate property management, asset management, construction management and lease administration. He oversaw the construction during restoration of the Lock Building in South Norwalk and managed the renovation at NordenPark, a 650,000-sf adaptive reuse project located in Norwalk.
Previously, Mr. Brown was a Managing Director of Property Management with Insignia/ESG, specializing in Class A office properties management, and Managing Director of Construction and Property Management with CB Commercial Real Estate.
