Michael Brown, Property Operations and Construction Director

Michael Brown manages all of the company's commercial real estate properties and oversees its property, asset, and construction management, and lease administration. He recently oversaw the construction and renovation of NordenPark, a 650,000 square foot adaptive reuse project located in Norwalk, CT, in addition to The Lock Building in South Norwalk, CT, and many other projects throughout his career. Previouosly, Mr. Brown was a Managing Director of Property Management at Insignia/ESG (now CB Richard Ellis), specializing in the management of Class A office buildings, and was also Managing Director of Construction and Property Management with CB Commercial Real Estate (now CB Richard Ellis). He also is licensed real estate broker and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate business.
